An expert musician is leading a festive charity concert this December.
Singer, conductor and raconteur Peter Knapp is hosting the Christmas Music Celebration in aid of the A-T Society - a charity which supports children with a rare genetic illness.
There will be carols, singalong, performances from the London Sinfonia, and nonreligious yuletide readings such as Charles Dickens.
An organiser, Mike Hodge, said: “It will be a really, good, fun evening, raising money for a terrific charity with some Christmas songs and stories - Peter has some lovely singers and the audience can join in with the carols.”
The evening is sponsored by Jarvis Homes.
It will take place at the Rothamsted Conference Centre from 7.30pm on December 13. Tickets are £20 from 01582 711794.
