Celebrate one of Britain’s greatest rock bands in a tribute act coming to Harpenden.

A group called Alter Eagles will perform the whole repertoire of Eagles tracks, from harmonised country to hard rock numbers, in the town next week.

Their current two-hour set includes material first performed 35 years ago, including Hotel California, Desperado, Life In The Fast Lane, How Long, Lyin’ Eyes, Take It Easy and One Of These Nights.

Formed in 2003, the band members are Jay Stezaker and Steve McCormack on guitar and vocals; Alan Tomkins on keyboard, guitar and singing; Mike Bradley with the guitar; Matt Hobson performing the drums; and Rob Beattie on the bass and vocals.

It will take place on November 30 from 7.30pm at Harpenden Public Halls.
