The Daylight Club is a very friendly social club for adults with physical disabilities living in the St Albans district, which includes Harpenden.
We welcome new members and meet every Wednesday from 10am to 4pm at St Johns Church Hall, St John’s Rd, Harpenden and Friday from 11am to 3pm at Christchurch, High Oaks, St Albans.
The Club provides a safe and supportive environment where members meet for social contact and community involvement.
Members can take part in a wide range of creative or recreational activities, interactive workshops, useful or interesting topics covered by guest speakers, community events and day trips in our own minibus.
We have our own tail lift minibus and driver so we can collect members who do not have access to transport.
We currently have spaces for more members on both our days so pop along for a cup of coffee and meet our group. You are welcome to bring a family member/carer with you.
We are always seeking volunteers who can help the co-ordinator run activities on Wednesdays.
