A Christmas charity concert is being held in Harpenden to raise money for Rennie Grove hospice.

The concert will take place at 3pm on Saturday, December 8 at the High Street Methodist Church, as part of a programme of events raising money for Rennie Grove, which provides care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

The Music Makers will perform alongside pupils from Aldwickbury Prep School in Wheathampstead Road, Harpenden.

Claire Redrup, head of community fundraising at Rennie Grove, said: “By attending one or more of these events you will find yourself enjoying some fabulous, festive fun as well as helping to raise much needed funds that will enable Rennie Grove to continue to care and support adults and children in Bucks and Herts who have been diagnosed with life-limiting illness.

“Our services are provided at no cost to patients and families and we rely on the generous support from the local community to raise more than the £20,000 that it costs to fund our service each day.”

Tickets are available at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/musicmakers and include refreshments afterwards.
